315 3x3 on the bench is awesome! But THEN to finish off with 40 minutes of racketball, man you military guys are non-stop!
I just noticed this on today's post, but do you always do shoulders 3 days after benching? I kinda gave up on "shoulder day" and went to a second, lighter bench day, and sometimes have time for shoulders. But it's usually the 4th day after heavy benching. Just wondering.

Hey, Sarge. Food poison or not, you had some mighty fine workouts! The benching was awesome, and the box squats (twice a week for crying out loud) were incredible! Nice work!
