Hey, Sauble. Don't fret missing that last 3-board press. Nobody has hit 4355 yet. :') Nice work on the benching! Looks like you're shooting for some upcoming PRs as well! Keep it up.

first time working out in morning after working night shift did better than i expected but you have to make sacrifices to train with good partners
squats 2 inches below parallel no box 135x3 225x3 315x3 405x5 could ve done alittle more 435x3 pr 475x1 500 missed about half way a little more to push through
deadlifts off 45 plate 135x5 225x5 315x5 405x5 455x1 good ex harder than reg deads
weightedabs 2 sets band pull thrus

Awesome squatting! And you weigh how much?!? LOL. I love doing deadlifts off blocks or plates. Do you use a sumo or conventional style?

I weigh in right at 220 usually before meets my nerves make me drop about 5 more. i do them convential with a dive bomb approach speed kills. but since i switched from gear to raw my bodyweight is going up. geuss im actually working the muscles. Doug your right on my but weighing 50 less pounds last i checked you also are the back to back champ. my training partners are pumped we are going to worlds in dec.

Good to see another WSBB routine up on this board. I am in week 9 of my first attempts at WSBB. I have already seen some very impressive PR's from this program.
Keep it up.
