Hello: My name is Michael Pelosi, and I recently competed in the NERB w/ a total of 1655, 18 years old, 330lbs. I plan on doing another raw meet in either Orlando or sometime in December, but I'd like to be able to do both. I figure I would start a training log on here.
No rest after the NERB/right back to work. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Monday, May 8th, 2006
Deadlift/Goodmorning Day:
Cambered Bar GM's w/deadlift stance: Worked up to 405x5 for 2 sets.
Green Band Pull Throughs: 2x8
Decline Sit ups: 3x6 w/ 25lb plate.
Next week, I will up the intensity. Regardless, my training cycle will end in time for Orlando if I can make the trip out their.

Solid numbers at NERB Mike. Looks like you train WSBB style. I do as well. Where will you be travelling from for the Orlando meet?

Okay, well I have made the decesion to take the rest of the week off. Apparently, the NERB beat me up a little more then I thought. Physically and mentally I think I am able to train, but just to let my body heal up I will take this weekend off and come in 100 percent on Monday.
