DAGgum! 3x155 ain't too shabby! Don't know how we'd get around the performance anxiety thing, though. What if we hang a curtain around the bench so only the judges and spotters are in there? :')
Hope the taurine and potassium does the trick for you!
God Bless, Doug

Oh....my.....GAWD!!! Todays workout was the worst ever! Well, not worst but most painful!!! Hyper H lived up to its claims today and I paid dearly for it! I worked Shoulders and Triceps, The pump in my shoulders made me wanna cry. Something weird happened though, I was doing smith machine shoulder presses and on my last set when i got up i got a cramp in my lats on both sides, just under the arm pit...talk about pain! I fell to the ground screaming! My wife thought I was having a heart attack. It lasted a long azz time man...A LOOONG AZZ TIME. It is still sore right now and I can barely type this log. I took Taurine, Magnesium and Potassium earlier so it can be the lack of....? hope it doesnt happen again. wow.
I kept the reps today in the 15 to 20 range, that would explain the severe cramps from Hyper H. Here is todays workout! Dont laugh at the weight, you have to go lighter inorder to get that many reps in.
SHOULDERS Smith machine shoulder press 135lbs x 20 135lbs x 2 sets of 15 155lbs x 15...this is when the cramps kicked in and it took a long time to recover for the rest of my workout.
DB side raise 20lbx x 3 sets of 15
DB rear delt raise 15lbs x 3 sets of 15...I know it is light weight but i was still hurting from the cramps.
TRICEPS DB over head ext 60lbs x 15 70lbs x 15 80lbs x 15...new PR!!
skull crushers 75lbs x 3 sets of 10..these were almost impossible to do, tris were smoked!
press downs 65lbs x 3 sets of 15....tris were toast!
Thats it, not much in the weight department but between the high azz reps and the soreness from the cramps its all I could do. I hope everyone is enjoying my log and I hope everyone will try Hyper H. Its good stuff. The switch from low heavy reps to lighter higher reps is making my muscle scream "What the Hades are you doing to us!!!" lol

Dude, you make me NOT want to try Hyper H! That kind of pumps/cramping? Man, I try hard as I can to not SWEAT when I work out! :')
I feel ya on the dropping weight for the extra reps. Funny thing, I can usually hit 92-95% for doubles consistently, but I can drop to 70% and barely squeeze out 5 reps. I despise repping out! You do get a heckuva pump, though!
Does Hyper H come with some kind of cycling recommendation? Could be you just need to take a short break from it? I'm so unfamiliar with it I don't know what to tell you, bro.
We're closed on Fridays for the summer, so unless I get froggy and turn on the computer at the house, yall have a great weekend.
God Bless. Doug

Hyper H is a very good product. Here is some info on it: HYPER H Arachidonic Acid Hormonal Amplifier 1. 100% Natural 2. Patent Pending 3. Optimizes testosterone levels 4. Optimizes insulin levels 5. Better health and vitality www.si03.com/shop/shopexd.asp?id=10The pumps are only a sign it is in your system and working. The higher the reps the bigger the pump. Try it, it is pretty awesome!

Well this is the end of my log. I reached 350lbs on the bench, RAW. I have taken some time off and started using higher reps to give my body a break and to shock my system a bit, I can honestly say that I really hate higher reps. lol Come check out my log "My quest for a 405lb bench"
