shoot me an email on it. i havent seen a west side routine. I will stay light for at least 2 to 3 weeks, then i plan to do another stack of tribuloid and something else. cant say what it is yet, secret until it is available in stores. but lets say, i should get allot bigger and stronger with it and its legal!

I hope everyone had a great memorial day! My family and I had a good old cook out and ate like pigs. lol Went to the gym and forgot that I was going to go lighter. So my first exercise was heavy then the rest was lightened up.
Here we go:
CHEST BB bench press 135lbs x for 2 sets of 10 225lbs x 8 275lbs x 3 335lbs x for 2 sets of 1 like i said, i forgot today was light day, will stick with 225ish next week.
Incline smith machine press 135lbs x 10 185lbs x 4 sets of 8 225lbs x 10 Felt roostery so i wanted to really rep out with a good weight.
Cable crossovers 4 sets of 12 with 40lbs went for a good stretch, really squeezed hard and held for 2 seconds each rep.
Tribuloid is all out as is Stimuloid so all my future gains are from Hyper H alone. My appetite is still high, I have managed to put a little "love" around my waist. I will admit I havent been doing cardio at all. Ever since my last knee surgery, I havent been able to straighten out my right knee completly. Which makes me walk with a limp. This limp causes my lower back and buttox muscles to really hurt which makes cardio a hag. I am hoping to see a massge therapist soon to rid me of this pain. I will attempt to do cardio tomorrow.

Seriously, your results are incredible. Can't wait till after the Orlando meet and start trying to incorporate the "Bossi Method" myself! You and the guys that have tried it have inspired me!

Bossi's routine works very well for me. The 335 was light but rather heavy as heck, I could only get 1 rep. lol I forgot I was going to go lighter and went heavy instead. Plus my ego loves to be stroked every now and then. lol
I saw this guy at the gym yesturday, he was with his son and they were benching. I wish I could approach this guy and tell him he is doing it all wrong but I am very bad with words. He puts 135lbs on there and does a few reps that have his face red as heck, then he will up it to 225lbs and when he brings the bar down he stops about half way then goes back up, with every rep he shortens the distance and the arch...oh my the arch in his back looks painfull. The only thing touching is his shoulders. I want to tell him so he wont get hurt but most people are easily offended. Sny tips on how I can talk to this guy? He looks to be in his 40's, nice guy but its just that I am horrible with wording.

I did remember today was to be light but I wanted to really stress the muscles, so I tried a TUT type of routine. All movements were 3:2 Thats 2 seconds up and 3 seconds down with a 2 second hold. Duckies, it really burned. I wasnt able to go heavy at all!
BACK wide grip pulldowns 105lbs x 8 120lbs x 8 135lbs x 8 150lbs x 8 I pulled the weight down to my chest as i counted 1000, 1. 1000, 2. Held for 2 seconds. Then as i allowed it back up I counted 1000, 1. 1000,2. 1000, 3. This made a BIG difference!
seated cable rows 130lbs x 8 140lbs x 8 150lbs x 8 160lbs x 8 I couldnt ask for a better pump!
pull ups 2 sets of 8 reps
BICEPS BB curls 65lbs x 8 75lbs x 8 85lbs x 8 These were done the same way, 2 seconds up 3 seconds down, very painful pump!
Incline db curls 20lbs x 8 25lbs x 8 30lbs x 8 These were very hard to do, the stretch was awesome and the pump kicked azz!
standing DB concentration curls 25lbs for 3 sets of 10 each arm
I was pretty happy with the routine, I FINALLY got a pump in my back!
This workout proved to be very effective for me. I really liked it. Can't wait until I can go heavy again, the next few weeks are going to be Hades. lol
Hyper H is still doing a great job, My libido is still very high though. Good thing for samoan girl that there were other people at the gym today or else she might have gotten a totally different workout! lol

Hey, bro. That 3:2 per rep is a killer! I tried that about 3 years ago, wicked! My hat's off to you. That hurt too much, I'll stick with explosion. :')

hehehe Yeah the 3:2 approach really worked my muscles. I finally got a good pump in my back. I really like it, so I will stick with it for a little while then it is back to heavy training. I really want to hit 375lbs soon and then on to 405lbs.

I missed yesturdays workout due to stomach problems but was able to get back in there and train pretty well today. Samoangirl was unable to join me so my motivation was a bit off, she really makes me work hard and I love it when she calls me names and challenges me. lol I wont share the names lol
Here is todays light workout:
SHOULDERS DB press 40lbs x 10 45lbs x 10 50lbs x 10
Cable front raise 20lbs x 10 for 3 sets each arm
Rear cable fly 30lbs x 10 for 3 sets
BB shrugs 225lbs for 3 sets of 15
TRICEPS CGBP 185lbs x 8 for 3 sets
DB overhead ext. 80lbs x 10 for 3 sets..tried 100lb DB but only got 6.
Super set of: Pressdowns and DB side raise Pressdowns = 50lbs DB side raise = 20lbs 4 sets of 10
That was it, felt pretty good and it kicked my butt, I kept rest times short. The workout lasted 45min. Hyper H is still giving me one Hades of a pump and I like dat a bunch! I am keeping allot of the strength that Tribuloid gave me, I dont feel as if I have lost much of it at all. I could still hit 335lbs on the bench right now but 350lbs would need to be worked on again. lol

Not such a great workout today. Had 0 energy. I ate a really good breakfast and all that jazz but had little energy for the gym. The weights used felt heavy as heck! I thought it was suppose to be lighter? lol
Todays workout:
CHEST BB bench press warmups 135lbs x 10 205lbs x 8 worksets 245lbs x 8 255lbs x 8 260lbs x 7 Felt very heavy for some strange reason.
Incline smith machine press 185lbs x 3 sets of 8
Cable crossovers 40lbs x 3 sets of 10
CALVES giant setted these. Standing toe raise machine 100lbs Donkey calve raise bodyweight toe press on leg press machine 225lbs seated calf raise 90lbs I did 2 sets, each movement was done to failure which was around the 10 to 12 rep range. The burn was crazy insane and the pump from Hyper-H kicked in big time.
Thats was todays workout, not much but its all i could do. I cant wait until i start my training for 375lbs!! woo hoo!

Hey, Bodebldr, 260 x 7 is SUPPOSED to be heavy! Especially for me, but it's a handful for dang near most folks! I'm impressed, you're depressed, what's up with that?

well, i set high goals sometimes and when i dont maintain them i get down a bit. I reached 350lbs for 1 on my bench but now it seems i am going backwards,,,if that makes sence. I have to remember that cycling the weights is key. I am confident i could hit 315 for sure but 350 right now might not go up. lol I will stay positive and work harder! thanks for your support big guy!

Hey Bodebldr, Might be time to take a break and recycle. You've done great up 'til now! Week before last, I experienced the same thing on both bench days. Then I had a tough one again last Monday. Just wrote off the rest of the week and this week I feel reinvigorated. (shhhh..., but I even deadlifted yesterday ) Starting all over again, Jim (TheMuse)

hehehe I took about 4 or 5 days off, it seems if i take to much time off it gets worse. i am going to the gym here in a minute to rep out, i am gonna just do lighter weights and higher reps 10 to 15. that should shock my muscles a bit.

Decent day at the gym. Pumps were crazy today! I did back and biceps and bot were they a hurtin sumthin powerful! lol Lower back is getting bad cramps again. I got this while on XF but figured Hyper H wouldnt cause the cramps in my back because of the lower dose but it is doing exactly the same thing. I am doing stretches and it helps but man does it hurt. I walk bent over like an old man.
BICEPS EZ bar preacher curls 75lbs for 3 sets of 12
DB hammer curls 30lbs for 3 sets of 12
Cable double biceps curl 20lbs for 4 sets of 15
BACK Front cable pull downs 105lbs x 12 135lbs x 12 165lbs x 12 each was held for 2 seconds at the bottom and slowly released.
Seated cable row 160lbs for 3 sets of 12 Each held for 2 seconds and slowly released.
[color-violet]Stiff arm pull downs[/color] 65lbs for 2 sets of 12
That was it, nothing super butthe higher reps felt really good and I had major pumps in my biceps and my upper back was smokin. Hyper H is doing great thus far, only complaint is the lower back pains. I hope it doesnt get any worse for me, heck I cant walk completely upright as it is now. If it gets to bad i may have to stop taking it for a little while.

I took my wife to the gym tonight and while she worked legs I decided to do traps.
4 sets of 25 with 115lbs, 135lbs, 155lbs and 175lbs not heavy at all but I did them behind the back and really squeezed hard at the top. Now my neck is sore! lol Traps felt huge. Now if I could only get then to stay that way....?

Does that mean you're bringing SamoanGirl to compete? You know, Shane brings Trish, and Tom brings Heather..... I'd bring my wife but she doesn't want anyone to know what weight class she's in..... :')
I was going to comment on the traps, but most importantly, the back. How's that feeling? I'm totally unfamiliar with Hyper H, so I have no ideas, other than maybe potassium for reducing cramping.....?....

my wife, samoangirl, can bench 155lbs for 3. not bad at all. she has a problem with people watching her, she can do the weight but when guys at the gym are watching her she bombs. weird.
my back is still cramping a bit, got some taurine and potassium so it should be good to go. hyper h is kick azz, it helps with muscle pumps big time. sometimes the pumps are painful but i train through it and love it. lol
