Hello,Being 41 and enjoying powerlifting I want to look at longevity.I am looking at a 3 days a week routine w/ DL twice a month and the weeks I DL only do 1 bench day to help the shoulders, elbows ect..For example week 1 bench day w/ aux, squat day,and another bench type day.The next week do squats day 1 and day 2 do a bench day and day three would be a DL day.The 3rd week would be like week 1 and wee 4 would be like week 2 .LMK what you think. Thanks in advance--GC Phil 4:13 PS I also think this will help with burn out and keep me wanting to come back for more.It seems the masters and the young bucks have different training ideas.I train 100 raw also.

GC, Looks like a great plan to me. I am 43 and train 100% raw as well. As long as you don't go too high on your percentages every workout and your form and technique are solid, you should have no problems.
