After reading about the Buckeye program yesterday, I took the excellent information and put it on a spreadsheet. this is what I am going to use for my training log while using the Buckeye.
I have a looseleaf notebook that I will be using. Each worksheet represents one week. I think it is self explanatory, and is just really so that I have the weight progressions called for with me while I am in the gym. It also will serve as a record to look back on to determine progress, etc...
