Hello my iron brothers and sisters.
I have a weird question. I am on my bulking diet but it is only around 3500 calories. I am 38 yrs old, 5' 10" and approx 218lbs. I want to add as much muscle mass as I can. I take Xtend, Substance WPI, Creaform all by Scivation, XFactor by Molecular nutrition and a multi vit. I wanted to know if there was such a thing as a bulking supplement? I want to increase my strength as well but also want to add some size. I have heard things like Size on, Call Fuel, Mass Meal and Cytogainer were good for bulking and adding quality size. I dont want to add fat, I know some will be added but I dont want to gain to much. It hurts my back when i have a gut. lol

I would highly recomend Mass maker or Ultr size by beverly International. Mass maker has helped me add 25 lbs of muscle. when i first started using the Mass maker about 6 months ago i weighed in at 175 lbs and i am now 200 lbs. the stuff is great and it has limited calories and fat so it will help you prevent from adding fat weight...give it a try! I am not sure of the price your way but i get it here for about $28.00 dollars for a 2 lb container.....CHRIS

I found that by eating whole eggs, whole milk and dark meat chicken and taking Molecualr Nutritions XFactor, My size and strength went up very nicely. When I got off of it and attempted a cut diet I lost it all, I dieted way to fast. I will be adding XFactor back to my list for sure and going back on my bulk diet!
