Hmmm... Just basic advice I would give to anyone: Eat plenty and sleep well... Train hard but listen to your body and rest when you need to... Focus your training around the three powerlifts: the squat, the bench press and the deadlift... The most basic workout split is the one lift per day scheme: Mon- SQ and legs/abs Wed- BP and shoulders/tris Fri- DL and back/biceps Read all you can on the subject of powerlifting. fatcat, someone just told me recently that PLers use only 10% of our brain. Because, if we used any more than that, we wouldn't do it!
Train safely, listen to your body, never train alone, and do paused triples to improve your bench.
