Hi! I´m a finnish dude living in Sweden. Powerlifting has been my biggest interrest for the last 3 years and I have always been lifting raw. Too bad there are no raw competitions in Sweden, atleast I never heard of any . So I´m going to lift in IPF competitions and hopefully go home to Finland and compete ´cause they have like one raw competion a year. I am 25 years old and my weight is 227lbs right now, propably compete in the 220class next year. I think my bench is my best lift, I did 385 in April but have had some problems with elbows and chestmuscle whole summer. Injuryes are gone now and I´m aiming for 407 before christmas. My squat and dead are somewhere between 450-500, it´s not bad but I hope I´ll do close to 600 next year. Great site by the way

Hehehh! The winters are mean in Finland. If he is a club DJ he will propably work in Helsinki or Turku and those cities are pretty "internationall" so the cultural differnces shouldn´t be any problem, but if he ends up in the deepest forrest or northern Finland he might have some trouble.

Hello Mighty Jani. Those are some pretty good numbers! 3 years? Impressive!
I'd be very interested in how you fare in the IPF competitions. Please keep us posted!
God Bless, Doug P.
