I every body, i got injured in my lower back...not while i was training, but when i was sleeping. So, i can deadlift without pain, ( i did 500 raw this week) but it' s really painfull when i'm sit on a chair or in my car. I have to be sit really straight (90 degre), to avoid the pain. I feel, right in my lower back L2-L3, a things looks like a golf ball (feeling). I stretch since 2 week, ice, hot, AINS (motrin) and it did not pass. Anysuggestion -thank you
