We are looking for feedback from lifters about what their feelings were about the 2005 World Bench Press Championships. We want both positive and negative feedback. We felt it went well and was a great meet but you the lifter are very important to us and we need to what made you happy and what made you unhappy. I hope everyone enjoyed the meet and we look forward in hearing your feedback.

It was a fun high energy well run meet. I saw some of the best raw benchers in the world. Thanks for putting it on and having us. Tom Isbell www.northstarpride.com

I was just a spotter, but even as such I can say it was extremely well-run. Having 111 lifters done by 4:00 was mind-boggling to me. I can't say I recall a single mis-loaded bar, so Charles really kept us straight on the platform. Having event sponsors there was a plus. Having all the different flights was pure genious (can you imagine the effect on the lifters if there had only been two or three flights?). I mean this as a completely sincere, high praise, but this meet was run as well as one John James or John Shifflet would have run, and that is GOOD.
On a similar note, all the officials were approachable, personable, and by golly, just plain nice. The lifters were world-class both in quality of lifting and in promoting 100% Raw as a family-friendly organization. And, Bill, I agree about the carnival-like atmosphere. I'm one who watches a game to see football, not the halftime show, so I'm with you 100% on that!
God Bless all. Doug P.
