comp issues truncating my posts,but hopefully this displays right bench press warmups: 1x20 with 135,225,5-second depotentiating pause singles with 315,365
1 3-sec pause with 420 infitonic isometrics with 40 pds. band tension at the top:
365 for 50 seconds at chest level after 15 sec. holds unlocked and at midpoint
lockout hold: 500 to near-failure
first set last-style bench set: 310x26
hypertrophy work:extended rom pushups for 3 sets
armwrestling work: 2x10 warmups with sidepressure hit,press,rising pressure,toproll pronation,combination brachialis/lat row for toproll v
150+accomodating resistancexfailure sidepressure 75 pds.x failure rising pressure 70 pds.x failure pronation 90 pds+accomodating resistance x failure for brachialis/lat row 80 pds for 10 singles with unloaded backpressure hit 380-pound isometric row for avoiding separation for 1 min. wrist curl dropsets starting with 220 pulldowns with 450 and 250 pd. barbell rows to finish workout
