I'm just trying to get an idea of how many of you bench off your toes versus flat feet.
Aside of certain feds regulating whether you are allowed to bench of your toes, what do you prefer and why?
I used to bench off flat feet but had an impossible time keeping my donkey on the bench so I switched to benching off my toes and have since had no trouble with my donkey coming up AND I can bench more to boot.
However, I notice a lot of accomplished lifters in the online/YouTube community benching off flat feet so I am thinking about trying that again.
Feel free to chime in!

I used to be much more comfortable benching on my toes. I switched when the fed put the rule in place and haven't noticed much difference.

I was in the same boat. Couldn't keep my little butt on the bench. I tried every foot position, but the only one that works is if I'm in a position where I have to struggle to get my heels down. So, on my toes.
