So about a month ago I was doing the Chest variation of dumbbell pullovers. When I must have tweaked my wrist in while in the negative. Anyway I ended up pinching a nerve in my shoulder .. Dramatically decreasing the amount of weight I could move on that particular side. Anyway now that it's completely healed, I was wondering if you guys have any pointers/tips/tricks (other than the obvious, don't tweak your wrist)??
