Hey guys, I've never once used a forum, so I'm sorry if I wasn't supposed to create a thread for this, but I wanted to ask someone to check my technique and form. I try to engage my legs more in the beginning, but it feels like my back is stronger than my legs. I workout with the same amount of weight for both lifts, but the deadlift definitely feels easier to me. I workout on squats with 150 kilos (330 lbs), and workout on deadlift with 150 kilos (330 lbs); both about 10 sets of 3-4 reps.
