I have a much more basic goal this year. I want to compete in a meet without getting injured.

1500 total @198. Didn't do it in 2015 and might need coaching to help get there, but that's still my goal.

First goal is to reach my old numbers before I had to take a lot of time off due to severe tennis elbow, and my big goal is to get a 1.5 x bodyweight bench which I will probably still be chasing in 2017 :-D

LoL thanks Woody! My goals are along the same line as Woody's. I want to spend 2016 getting healthy again. I also want to compete/judge at worlds this year.

My goals are to total 550kg/1212lb in a meet raw without wraps.
In order to do this I think i will need Squat - 200kg/440lb Bench - 120kg/265lb Deadlift-230kg/507lb
I have already deadlifted 230kg in a meet last July so I want to equal or better this in a full power meet.

For 2016 goals, I would like to completely prevent from any injuries from other sports, by awareness and preventative strengthening and flexibility training of wrists and ankles. Also I don't ever want to try to catch myself with my upper body at all this year falling on the skate and snowboard.
As a main goal I aim to total 500kg / 1100 lbs at 74kg / 163 lbs. Current bodyweight 148-153 lbs
Don't really have a clue as to what my maxes are currently though. My belt arrived a couple days ago. There's 10 months to work with till the November meet.
For this total the numbers would have to be around
390-400 lbs squat 270-280 lbs bench 430-440 lbs deadlift
I still have to beat my best meet total of 162.5 (357.5) / 107.5 (237) / 177.5 (391) 448 kg / 986 lbs at 65 kg / 144 lbs (not that I have any chance of getting down to 144)
Also as some mini-goal I have a vendetta against some of my max PR lifts, my favourites I need to take beat are incline bench, military press and 4" deficit conv deadlift
A few other goals are to jump onto a 50 inch box, current record is 46 inches.
a non-power goal is to learn the skate trick that injured my ankle in October to get me back into powerlifting, frontside 180 heelflip (frontside heel), I learned how to skate in 2012 and it was quite challenging (and will always be) learning how to use certain muscles in my ankles that were never used. It reinforced how important it is to do tons of reps to reinforce the muscle memory on movements, and to fire muscles in the correct order. Along with the several hundreds of attempts it takes to learn how to do something and to keep it, so tomorrow it isn't relearning it again. It has only improved the process of powerlifting for me a long with keeping my explosive power.
