Hello all. I have been off the platform for about 5 years now. Looking to get back at it. Here is the first of many.
July 19 Flat Bench - 225x10, 285x8, 350x5, 385x3 Decline Bench - 220x10, 280x8, 345x5, 375x3 Incline Dbells - 65x10, 85x8, 100x6, 110x4 ( gym only has 110s) Flat flyes - 35x10, 45x8, 55x6, 60x4
All in all pretty good first day back. Going to increase the weight next week.

Do you find the extra dumbbell chest work has been a great help? It's the one thing I don't do that I've been questioning if I should be doing or not to get my bench moving again.

I am a huge fan of dumbbell work. I trained for 5 straight months with nothing but dumbbells and added both size and strength.

Incline Dbells - 85x10, 110x8, 110x6, 110x4 (I will switch to the bar next week)
Flat flyes - 45x10, 60x8, 75x6, 80x4
Weighted Dips (using weight belt on dip bar) - 25x10, 45x8, 70x6, 90x4 (will go to reps of 20,15,8,4 next week)
Ovhd Dbell Tri Press - 80x10, 100x8, 110x6, 110x4 (will go to reps of 20,15,8,4 next week)
Going to twice a week on chest and triceps as I prepare for the Raw Worlds. My target press is 525@220

It's been a few years but I saw him do 530 and barely miss 550 at 225. No pressure, Mike.
