Here the main lines of my current training. I only modified the squat, I do it 5x5 to save up my legs for ride. When I shall have end this program, I begin 75% week,I shall train with stronglift philosophie.
How much time for my goals ? I don't know but after august and my Paris Brest Paris I'll ride only for cardio and I'll favor powerlifting.
Monday 01-26-2015 :
Bench : 213 lbs Squat : 220 lbs Deadlift : 286 lbs
Total : 719 lbs

Question: Are the “Gainage neck for rugby : 3x10x22” you mentioned on the 26th what we call planks? Keep up the good work training for strength and endurance at the same time is rough.
