I am not sure how much use this will be to anyone, but I had been talking with Richard Hawthorne for a while about my DL, and how progress has stalled a bit, and the knee trouble I've been having and whether that might be contributing to problems. Short story is, there aren't a ton of things wrong with my lifting technique, but the short list of things that can use some fixing are definitely "big deal" type things. The video he's critiquing here is of a 525lb double, the first rep. I purposely sent him this video because the weight (its about 83-85% of 1rm) isn't so heavy for me that form breakdown will naturally start to occur due to load, yet it's heavy enough that any technical or structural flaws/imbalances will be clearly visible. For those of you who don't know who this man is, he's one of the strongest people on the planet. Richard is a raw 132lb-er who has totaled 1471@131lbs and has pulled 630@131lbs, and he has squatted in the low 600s as well. Anyway, check out the following vid if you're so inclined: www.coachseye.com/v/eGZ9-Ryan
