I recently started doing standing military press. Big baby. I think my form is really bad. I usually do seat military press. I struggle with 175 for 4 reps. Had to split it for singles.

I'm guessing you military press is what I call a strict press. Standing presses bring in a lot more of the core, glutes, and leg into the movement.
