Hello everyone Im new too this powerlifting stuff and i want too give it a go. Now ive been resurching and going thru reviews and as far as i could find well i found these opcions but i wanted too know what you guys think about them.
1.Destroy the opposition by jamie Lewis.
2.The Texas Method.
3.Tuchscherer’s Reactive Training Systems.
4.Candito 6 Week strength program.
Oh and one last thing i study sports and we do 3 times a week swimming and at the end of the year we have too be able too do 1000Meters in a given time. And we normaly do running like 5 km and sprints of 100 too 400Meters and i would like a routine that would get me HELLA STRONG AND FAST too be able too transfer all that power from the lifts and make it a lot easier my day too day sport activity in class.
If this is possible what would you guys recomeand ?
Thanks you.
What do you guys think about those ones and im an intemediate lifter.
P.S Im natural and not wanting too go on gear nor have been on.
thanks.

Maik, What leads you to believe you are an intermediate lifter? From the sounds of things, you are still in High School. 1000 Meter Swim and 5K runs, you may be looking in to the wrong training modality.
You can use powerlifting to become stronger, becoming stronger won't necessarily make you a better swimmer or runner. Although, if you are weak, being stronger may help.
Trying to be Big and Strong, AND a fast swimmer AND a better runner is too many things to focus on at once. As the old saying goes, you cant ride two horses with only one A** (butt). Pick something and focus on that. Since you are an intermediate lifter, I'll assume you know what Periodization so I won't spell it out here.
Having said all of that, I'm not trying to come across as a jerk, just trying to help. I welcome you to the world of Powerlifting. If you have more specific questions as it pertains to Powerlifting, I'm sure many more people would "chime" in and answer your questions.
