Hi! I'm thinking of swapping 1 squat day for leg presses..so sorta making a wednesday an accessory day. wednesday will look like this...LegPress/Push Press/Barbell Row/some chins. Actually i might just alternate it with squat /dead/and bench day so a a/b/a kinda thing...means 1.5 of everything a week.Gives me a bit more rest for my deads and squats...what do you think?..Im working out 3 days a week only

I lead a busy life. During the week I’m lucky to get my logs posted and review some of the new posts. I do not like to reply to a post when I do not have time to give the response it deserves, which usually is not until the weekend. We are a small group and while I can’t speak for everyone my guess is that most people in this forum fall into the same category as me. So, sometime post go unanswered for a while. If you are looking for immediate gratification this is not a good forum.
