Question for anyone.
I have shoulder issues that have really prevented me from benching with any real frequency.
I am about to start trying a system that has me benching every other week. 8 sets of 3-6 reps.
I feel like I can tolerate this but am worried I am wasting my time and will not see any progress with reduced frequency.
Has anyone here had success benching 2-3x per month?

I guess the battle is - bench heavy a few times a month or bench light more often?
I've never tried it that way. You'll have to fill us in on your experience with it.

BP is all about perfect form and technique, if people dont pay attention to this they can suffer in term of injuries and low numbers .So to learn BP it is advised to take help of a pro and also training sked is also of a prime importance.

I struggled with shoulder pain for a long time. Then I watched the 'So you think you can bench' series on youtube, applied what they said and never had shoulder problems since. In fact, just by applying their methods I added 20kg to my bench. Don't know what your shoulder issue is exactly, mine came down to bad form so...
