New routine! Getting ready for August RPS meet in Rochester.
Legs Squat 135 x 6, 225 x 6, 315 x 6 315 x 6, 315 x 6 Box squat 315 x 5, 315 x 5, 315 x 5, 315 x 5, 315 x 5 Calves 90 x 25(x 3) Leg press 220 x 8, 315 x 8, 405 x 8, 405 x 8, 405 x 8, 405 x 8 Sissy squats 3 sets 12 Leg curls 70 x 12, 80 x 12 100 x 12 100 x 12 GHR...I suck at 2 sets with band really only did one with good form but did 2 sets of 8
Already feel it! will walk funny tomorrow!
