mm2k bench program by shawn phillips. i originally used this program but it was too intense. it delivers great results but it does hit hard. requires a spotter for negatives and failures my current bench program is somewhat like this but safer and simple. this program is not meant for beginners i did this back when i was 19. 240 to 310 in 3 cycles. i quit halfway in the third cycle i think. life problems lol. i weighed 140 back then. was attempting to get 3x bodyweight. my 3 x bodyweight right now is about 520 to 540. ehh im working on it. medlem.spray.se/damienthorne/MM2KBenchProgram.htmits free. if your googling for it and it has a price. then your being rip off.

I used this 7 years ago to get my first 400 touch and go bench. It is a hard program though.

I would never attempt this program without a spotter. Requires a spotter for the negative lift, even if your using the pins on the squat rack.
You can't train heavy on legs or deadlift during this bench program unless you have the money for the food. It takes a lot nutrition for healing process

310 bench@140 is incredible!
Not to take over the thread but the Brad Gillingham bench program looks pretty solid also. It requires 1 heavy day and 1 light day.
