I was curious what everyone goals are for 2012?
Mine are compete in the 275 class (Or lighter) with A 550+ DL A 450+ Squat And a 325+ bench

My main goal is to return to competition after last summers shoulder surgery, numbers aren't really the top priority right now, but I'd say 375 squat, 315 bench, 360 dl.

Well i'm new to the forum but this seems a good place to start
I have two goals for this year: 1) Lose weight. I'm at 273(hieght 6-1)(down from 283 at xmas) I plan to get down to the 180's this year. 2) Just be able to keep lifting. Ive had the luck to be magnetic to cars, been hit many times but I really only count the 7 that left thier mark.
I'll be 50 this year and I have the luck to have learned what works for me.good luck to all.

i found raw federation too late i wont be able to make it to the world competition this year but i will clean next years world championship 165 weight class. 25 to 29 age. currently at 405 bench (got an awesome routine, boo ya) +405 squat (decent routine i just made +435 deadlift ( i only do deadlifts during my rest weeks from bench. its only 2 to 3 weeks ) my deadlifts is the only one that i dont work on since it goes up as my squat goes up i do need to up my grip power down the road, if i get into the 500 club for DL
