Right back at it. Although, there's some rehab to be done before the heavy lifting. Pulled, strained, obliterated or did something to an adductor after the meet. Painful to squat or sumo deadlift and it hasn't improved much. Any adductor rehab tips would be much appreciated. Stretching and ice in the meantime and training progress to follow.

Stop stretching it. If it's strained stretching may aggravate it even more. Anti-inflammatory OTC like aspirin. That's about it.
Oh, and a Dew... but that goes without saying...
God Bless.

All healed up. Threw in a higher DL than planned at the end of training to test the waters. Still working on getting tighter at the start when fatigued. The form broke down a little, but overall felt good. Might adjust the meet expectations to 560'ish+. Weight in the low 170's, so the holiday eating didn't wreck things too bad . www.youtube.com/watch?v=dR-PZx2kHbI
