Shoulder training...14 weeks post shoulder surgery Standing machine lats 3 x 12 at 60 seated press facing machine at 60lbs 4 x 12 seated military on smith machine 4 x 12 at 60 DB front raise 4 x 10 each at 20 25lb bar declines ...reverse raises 4 x 12 shrugs using calf machine 4 x 15 at 88, 1 x 15 at 172 DB shrugs 3 x 15 at 145lbs each shoulder is coming along but I am still leary on certain movements. I am way ahead of where I was a week ago!
