Running Wendlers 5/3/1 Currently doing pre season training for a amateur american football team. So ive dropped maxes incredibly and lowered volume.

Thanks ! As is football, playbook material etc.. Ive come down with a ear infection and a cold so planning on taking it easy for a while. Legs are still sore from mondays squats :/
