I had heard from some of the regulars that the site was suffering from a bit of ciricket chirping. Things do look like they have been a little slow, but I don't care. There is no other forum I want to join and the beginnings of my competitive "career" (if it could be called that) are here.
I am oftly rusty right now. Six times over the past two years I have started a two week refresher only to quit cold. School was an initial challenge, as well as the young ones, but things are stabilizing.
Never the less, I am going to be back starting tomorrow. I have absolutely no idea where my maxes are and don't care at the moment. I also have no idea what meet will be next or any of that jazz. I will simply be posting my workouts and keeping an eye on whats out there.
Also...any new guys who have joined since I faded out: I'm into Sheiko, strength theory (the science, particularly in converting it to layman's) classical traning and a technique fanatic. I incorporate band and chain traning when neccessary. So, if you are into any of the above jazz I might have some input. I will never claim to know it all, frequently use terms like "I'm no expert" or IMO but will guarantee to only use information I can back up, have previously read or experienced, etc.
With that...here's hoping we can help revive the site a little bit! Before I left we had a few of our lengthier posts being quoted and posted on other forums, such as PLwatch. Throw something out there...
