I was wondering if anyone has tried this to see if it helps with recovery between sets during a workout. A person I work with who is an MMA fighter takes this during workouts and says it really helps. From what I have read it is just an amino acid and a component of vitamin B-5, so it should be safe for testing. Also, what is the ideal amount to take? Should it only be taken pre-workout, or more than once a day? Any thoughts?
