What type of bar is used for the strict curl competition?
Standard barbell or EZ curl bar?

It is an EZ curl bar thankfully, although it is not always uniform in weight and level of camber.

Does anyone know if they have put a standard in place for the type of EZ Bar used in competition? Weight, length, thickness, etc... I want to purchase one to train with and would like to get one that is of competition standard.

lol - Lets try that again.
Most makes of bars may be used. Bars must be in good condition and not bent. The easy curl bar is the only bar allowed to be used in the strict curl.
