Is it possible to enter a competition in this federation and participate only in the strict curl? The same as others would in only the bench or only the dead lift? I have been wondering about this for a while as I have great interest in starting to take part in the strict curl competitions. If anyone has an answer for me I would really appreciate it.

You can enter just the strcit curl. I have a meet June 21 in Leesburg, Va if you want to lift. The entry forms are online.

NICE!, that is just the answer I was looking for. That meet may be a little soon for me, but I will be keeping my eyes open and marking down a meet to enter in the near future. Thanks again for the info, it made my day.

Hahaha
Who ever wins rules the west. If you guys loose that means Canada will have another province to add to our already massive land mass.

I thought Canada use to belong to the US. Is this not true?
