Maybe we could all ask for training advice. Improving from a max of 485 at a bw of 291 in 2/07 to 3 sets of 9 with 480 at a bw of 277 now is one hellacious improvement.

well you know i can"t be god every day some days the weight is heavy some days the weight just blows up like 135
