I have read Louie Simmons explaining the concept of extra workouts after an intense ME day- he does bench work the next day after an intense ME day- he says it helps in recovery.
Can anybody explain this to me AND give me an example - sample workout to illustrate this to me , I am kinda SLOW sometimes when it comes to reading stuff and taking it all in without anybody around to explain it - demonstrate it for me.

High rep, low weight workouts done the day after a high intensity, low rep workout can serve to flush toxins out of the muscles and increase blood flow to the muscles. The increased blood flow can also serve to supply the affected muscles with much needed nutrition. Additionally, just the motion itself can help reduce soreness and return some range of motion.
