Raw suats: warmups 135x 10 225 x 5
work sets: 315 x 5 405 x 5 dropped the weight to 385 and did the paused squats x 5 (5 second pause)
seated calves: 4 45 lb plates x 20 5 plates x 20 6 plates x 20
leg extensions: 100 x 20 warmups 155 x 20 x 3 sets

Thanks for the kind words but I am no powerlifter. I had a heavyweight named michael neal teach me that. I started doing the pauses and really like them. I cant deadlift much so you probably wont see me at a full meet . Any of you that want to increase your bench might want to know this......when I started doing squats like a powerlifter my bench went up about 40 lbs.

seated calves: 4 45 lb plates x 20 5 plates x 20 7 plates x 10 6 plates x 20
abs: 2 sets of 40 crunches at different angles.
