I want to do my part in promoting the RAW meets. In my opinion, you can NOT beat RAW drug free meets. So how can we help promote it? How can we get more companies to sponsor RAW?
I think we all should help in this area and help our sport grow even more! I would love to hear some thoughts, opinions and suggestions.
I have already started doing my part, I gave a certain person on this web site contact names for Scivation, Primaforce, MetRX and Goliath Labs. I will also go around town asking local businesses if they wanna help.
I hope everyone will take part in this! Best wishes!

it would also help alot to put more ads and pages with pics of lifters in 100%raw. in powerlifting usa magazine. cause all the big time lifters and some companys read it.

I would love to have a few t-shirts that had the web site on it. Maybe some posters I can hang up at my local gym. Hmmmm got any flyers for upcoming RAW meets anyone?

anyone else have any ideas, or is everyone happy with the way it is? I would love to see RAw in each state. Wouldnt that be cool to have 50 organizations representing RAW?!?!? Anyone that has a powerlifting team or friends in their town, is truely fortunant. No powerlifters in my town. SAD, real SAD.

Promote Meets! That's what you can do. Get with a local school -- a member of the staff, a gym teacher or football coach will get you in the door. Get a bunch of equipment from a local gym that is involved in lifting and run a meet.
I'm thinking about doing an 100% Raw sanctioned one in VA. I'll be talking to Paul Bossi and John Shiflett in the next month or so about promoting a late fall meet in Richmond. I'll keep you all posted.
We have a nice setup -- IVANKO calibrated kilo plates, a great venue and we should have an ER rack by then, too. We'll see . . .

Does 100%RAW have any media kits for promoting the federation, and are there any protocols for hosting a meet and promoting it? For example, I see a huge base in the teen - highschool lifters... does each state's chairperson have the means to go out and show highschools what it would take to stage and host a meet?

Thanks for the info Nick, you da'man. I am working with the owner of the gym I go to, I am trying to get him fired up for holding a meet. I think bossman is going to contact him. It would be sweetazz to have RAw alive and well here in SC!
