My 2 cents.............
I never use knee wraps. If your form and technique are good and you are breaking parallel on every rep, you do not need them. I do use a very loose suit with the straps down - acts like a set of groove briefs - on occasion when my hips are feeling overly tired. One of your best investments for squats would be a good pair of neoprene knee sleeves - no help to your squat but they keep your knees warm and promote lubrication of the knee joint.
I drive for a living - ~3000 miles a week - and my wrists sometimes get sore. When they do, I will use wrist wraps during my warmups on squat and/or bench. By the time I get to my work sets, my wrists are usually warmed up enough that I do not need them.

Depends on how I feel. I try not to wrap, but when I do it is almost always above 80%.

Hi gridironcoach;
Wrist wraps won't matter if you workout with them or not . I think if a man does a lot of wrist curls , don't need wraps in a contest. For knee wraps ,different story , should be used for we don't need to walk on are hands everyday like are legs.
