I use GNC Creatine (buy one get one free Tuesdays with the Gold Card), L-Glutamine, various proteins mixed, Universal Uni-Liver Tabs, Universal Animal Flex Joint Support (this totally fixed my knees); Beverly Mass Amino Acid tabs, multi-vitamins, and Tunguska (Russian Adaptogens) and have found this combination of supplements work quite well for me.
I do not take any supplements with the exception of protein, liver tabs and aminos on the weekends. I take three amino tabs and three liver tabs with each meal. This regime has helped me to go from 181 lbs. to 252 lbs. with no "sauce" in the mix whatsoever ... just hard sensible training for 27 years. My power belt is almost to small now (LOL)
Lemme know how I can help.

I am 38 and I used to take Creatine till when I had a physical my liver enzymes were up. After stopping Creatine and retesting after 3 months everything was fine. Creatine used to work wonders for me. Do you have any concerns taking Creatine. I didn't cycle, do you? My post workout supplement is 2cups pasturized egg whites and tablespoon of honey. I have been thinking of including L-Glutamine. This is great to see that you are going strong at this age. Any recommendations would be great.
