i've read a lot about it and it seems pretty good. i've never taken any kind of creatine but i've heard bad things about it such as bloating and problems with your liver. all the literature on the new stuff says it fixes all the problems and offers all the benefits of oldschool creatine except you dont' have to take as much. i was kinda looking into it and i was hoping for some words of wisdom and advice and tales of results or the lack thereof.
thanks guys

I'm not a big supplement guy probably because I hate parting with my cash but will say that this worked well for me. No loading required and I didn't suffer any bloating. I only use it in contest prep for the edge either real or imaginary.

I just got a free 35 serving sample of a product called Con-Cret which the manufacturer says that it's a "Conjugated Creatine", I'll start it tomorrow and keep you guys informed. The directions say: 1/4 teaspoon for every 100 lbs of bodyweight. www.con-cret.com/CON%2DCRET/index.asp
