hey guys, since picking some ideas of other good supplements. I thought it would be o.k. to recommend Atlarge nutrition. Very high quality products, excellent taste blend easy. they sell a good quality creatine 500, excellent protein 3 blends of proteins. MRP and multi vitamin, Also a new product called ets that works on recovery and decreasing doms, I have not tried the ets yet, but it gets rave reviews I believe they also sponsor several natural competitors

For me, ETS is the greatest thing since sliced bread. Has been a proverbial fountain of youth. It definitely has had a positive effect on my ability to recover and the stories some might have read concerning it being an element in aiding in the course of theraputic recovery is one I can tell as well.
For years, I have had pain in my left shoulder. Prior to benching, I would have had to apply joint ointment to ease the pain while training. Over the last four weeks, I have not had a need to use the joint ointment. And the only reminder of the pain is slight twinges from time-to-time.
And as I have described here on this board, I have been struggling with a back injury. I feel, based on how intense the condition was prior to taking ETS and now is the difference between night and day. I still have pain and am not about to make the claim that ETS has repaired the injury, but I will say the duration and intensity when the condition flairs up is much easier managed with taking ETS.
I'm ready to train each session. The rest I get between each session is much improved. I sleep better and am able to get the most out of each rep when I train.
Along with taking ETS, I also mix and drink Nitrean and Opticen. I get 150 gr of my protein intake each day from these two great tasting products. I will son be upping the amount another 100 gr as I am traing to lift in the bench meet in Jarvisburg in October. I like the chocalate flavour. I have not tried vanilla.
I have not tried their creatine and will admit to using another product. I have heard that the creatine from At Large is great.

I just ordered and received ETS and will post comments in about a month. I'm always a skeptic on supps, so we'll see if this one can make me a believer.

I havent heard of this company, got a link? I always use Syntrax or Scivation. Scivation sells so much that most all of their supplements are out of stock! Worth the wait though.

I use their Nitrean, ETS, Creatine 500, their multi-vitamin and their Thermocin. The Nitrean I highly recommend.. the best protein I've ever tried.. it mixes and tastes great. And the results have been pretty good. The ETS & Creatine 500.. they seem to be good.. although I don't have any experience with other DOMS or Creatine products.. so I don't have that comparison experience. I do know that the ETS helps me sleep better at night. The Multi-vitamin I got at a great special they had.. no noticeable difference though then any MV I've taken before. The Thermocin.. I don't use it for fat-burning.. but I take 2 pills 30 minutes before working out and it seems to give me a good boost in energy.. but Red Line does too.. They have really good customer service... and if you live on the East Coast, your order usually gets to you within 2 days if you order before 5 PM EST.. and at regular shipping prices.. Mostly Individual... but they had a sale one time with the multi-vitamins and Nitrean... and made the MVs real cheap... so I snapped it up.
And then I buy the Nitrean in big orders of 3 or more.. so you save more that way too.

I was taking the creatine and nitrean from atlarge and had pretty good results. I am now taking a combination of nytrowhey ultra and nytroplex and am getting a lot of muscle gain. I weighed in for the raw unity at 176 and the night of the meet I weighed 172 and now I weigh 191.Added BCAA's are helping also.
