I have to agree with Shawn. Oatmeal ( I do old fashioned with Splenda and cinnamon) and eggs( I do mostly egg whites) is a great breakfast. And his suggestion of keeping hard boiled eggs around always provides quick protein when you are on the run.

I go with the majority and say scambled eggs. Thats the easiest meal to cook, I don't think you can do anything wrong and it tastes good. (and with some extra ingredients you can make it anyway you want it) I don't know about the boiled eggs. I only like these warm. They would get you good protein, but I wouldn't eat them out of the fridge.

If you are really in a hurry, try this. 16 ounces of skim or 2% milk, 1/2 cup scoop of Carnation Instant Breakfast mix, 1/2 cup scoop of powdered low fat milk. Combine, shake vigorously, and drink. Loads of protein and vitamins. Very low fat. Tastes good.

you can make an improvised omlet. get a pot of boiling water, crack 3 or 4 (or 5 or 6 or 7) eggs into a zip-lock bag and mix in shredded cheese, lunch meat, onions, mushrooms, peppers, just whatever you want. shake the bag to mix it up and just drop it in the water and walk away, it'll be done in 5-10 minutes and then you can just dump it out and eat it with a fork.

I need to add some eggs to my breakfast. I'll try the hardboiled idea.
Right now, my breakfast looks like this:
Bowl of cereal Banana Cup of yogurt Flax seed vitamin Omega fish oil vitamin Mens one a day Glucosamin with chondroitin
