I dont think many people have done studies with the benefits of organic milk vs regular milk in regards to athletics. I for one use it daily as a protein shake mixer and as a recovery agent. I noticed that I wasnt as bloated and that I just felt better. Raw milk is not safe. Organic milk has been pasturized or whatever they do to make it safe for us. There just arent any hormones or antibiotics given to the cows. The hormones given to cows arent the kind that will make you stronger. They will just make you look....like a cow.

Organic foods are a growing thing in the usa. You can probably find organic milk at a regular store. it is slightly more but just try it for a month and see. I drink a LOT of milk and it made a difference to me.
