Depending on your calotric needs, you may want to add or subtract what you need to. Heres how I make this awesome meal!
6 egg whites 2 whole eggs 1/2 cup oatmeal *blend together on high speed for about 2 minutes. Cook these like pancakes, you want to make them kinda thin. This amount should make 3 decent sized pancakes.
Top them with a little peanut butter, honey and raisins. Roll them up, like a crape, and enjoy.
Very filling and very healthy.
