Hey guys I just wanted to introduce myself. I've had this same handle on weightlifting forums all over the net so I just stuck with it. My name is Ryan, I'm 23 and weigh in at 248lbs from the great state of TEXAS!! I've only been training specifically for powerlifting now for 2 months. My current totals I have no clue...

max pull 675
max bench 445
max squat...never tried to go over 585..because i'm a big chicken ;D

Im' very happy that such a lifting federation like this exists and finally feel like there's a level playing field out there for the most part. So why don't you guys tell me what made YA'LL go raw?!!

Hey man, I'm new also. Never been to a meet . I am 46 yrs. old . My sons got me lifting in our basement. I weight aprox. 210 and bench 340 . Only been lifting for about one year. What are the weigh- ins like . Do you have to wear uniform to compete?
