Ok, another injury question for you guys:
Rt. AC joint has been bothering my for a few years. Not a big deal, but lately it has been popping sometimes when I push/roll the shoulder forward. really pops and hurts for a second and then its fine. don't want to do any permanent damage (thought by benching I may have already do that!) but do not want to go to the doctor either cause thats money I need for other stuff. anyway, any ideas? Thanks.
