135x5 225x3 315x1 405x1 Added belt 500x1 felt heavy thought I was doomed today 550x2 second rep was rough but nailed it 500x3 500x3 500x3 those all felt heavy but kept moving 405x11

Just figured I write and complain a bit. Today I'm prob the most sore I've ever been. Ever muscle in my body hurts. Usually it takes two days to kick in, but I guess that's what I get for doing triples of 500 and bench in the same workout. Anyways baseball tomorrow will be awesome. That's sarcasm btw lol well hope you all are having a good weekend. And thanks for letting me vent.

Incline dumbbells(haven't done these in prob 6 months) 90s x 10 100s x 7 105s x 5
Some tris and abs called it a day. I'm feeling pretty good now just looking forward to June 22.
Btw who on here is doing the American challenge in PA?

First off thank you all. Ill have videos up once I can get my workout partner back to the gym. Our workout schedules past few weeks haven't lined up well.
Friday May 31 Bw 182 felt heavy yuck
Had to deadlift Friday because sat I had an all day Memorial Day party that was postponed so I woke up on Friday at 4am for work and didn't get to workout till 530pm. Very long day and I knew right off the bat it was going to be shitty.
Deadlift
135x5 225x3 315x1 never good sign when this feels heavy 405x1 Belt on 500x1 565x0 got it to my knees and fell forward held it and dropped it. 405x4 405x3 405x3
Did abs and called it a day. Def sucked. Well sat went well and had two baseball games today which I did really well. Going to do squat on Monday and bench on Tuesday I believe since I have baseball on weds at 830pm
