I just wrote Paul about us forming a team and he nixed the idea.
Here was his reply:
In order to have a team you need to be from the same state or region. You are not allowed to put together an all star team from the best lifters across the country. If one of your lifters has moved and he once had an established residence from your area then they are allowed to be on your team. I hope this helps.
I guess I can understand his concerns

I guess I can understand his concerns An "all star team", this made me laugh. Can't wait to tell my wife I was on an all star team that has now been disbanded. All do respect to Paul, but he just needs to worry about cashing our Fed checks on not making up silly rules.

Ya – I’m really torn on that one. I don’t think it ever crossed any one mind here on the forum to form an “All-Star team” of super lifters. (I just giggled a little while I was typing that) but I can see where it could open the door for a group of “Super Lifters” across the nation to do just that.
