Sumo deadlift 495 Deadlift 495 ( I couldn't lock out on 505) Wide squat 475 (pop eye blood vessel on this one) 335 bench pause I think I have a hatred for physique people now. Flexing in the mirror with their tiny legs. One was twisting his head just to look at his calves on standing toe raise. Baby calves and he had it recorded by another turd. Who was also looking at his own calves while recording his friend. Forget about your training session. You used the phrase "baby calves" along with the word turd in the same sentence. I just found out why it's been weird lately for my bench. My squat and dl went up but bench drop a lot. It's because my glutes/legs gotta bigger. My heels don't touch the ground. Had to step on plates to fix it. My legs hit 26 inch at the top of the trunk. 2 more inches and I might look cool in short shorts lol. Attachments:

Yay fully recovered from my back injury in back in August.
Mastered the Romanian deadlift and got stupid and went to heavy.
Couldn't get out of bed for a week. Couldn't lift for 2 months. Came back in October. Couldn't bench 295...
I'm one strength phase in now. Today. Solo bench 405, 425 and 445 negative 8 seconds. Self unrack. 315 x 6.8 reps raw. Couldn't lock out on last rep

Str Routine below 7 weeks. The number in front is the week number and the numbers at the end is reps.
Squat (form practice 80%) 1/4-parallel box squat 432 2/5-squat 531 3-6-wrap 432 7-squat 321
Bench 1/4 towel 432 2/5 bench 531 3/6 bench towel32 neg 7 bench 321
Deadlift (form practice 80%) 1/4 cdl box3 432 2/5 cdl531 3/6 sumo 543 or sumo box 7- 321

I quit wide grip bench. I couldn't unrack the bench with light weights. At the beginning of this str phase, I barely could rep 275 for 1 rep. T-T I cried in the corner lol. I can't count In theory and in a ideal world. I should be able to handle 20% more then my max with my negative. And. I should be able to unrack 40% more then my max.

Yay my sumo DL is almost up to strength. Sadly my grip is not had to wrist wrap above 3 plates

Today 275/325/355/375/405-4 455-2 475miss I couldn't pull it up to my knees
Sumo 3 inch box 495 I did box since the 475 was a miss and only bottom half

I have developed my grip over time using several techniques.
When training I pull double overhand until the weight get too much and the switch to the over under grip.
I incorporate some static holds – Loading the bar to about the limit your grip will take (double overhand) and hold the weight at the top for 15 to 30 seconds or until my grip starts to break.
If you have access to an axle - axle deadlifts.
If you so inclined farmers walk are AWSOME for grip strength.

Yeah no access to those equipment.
I usually only go 8 to 10 seconds. But I'll try 15 to 30. Sounds rough.

Semi max week. 321 rep cycle
365 raw press. It took a few seconds to lock out at the last inch
405 squat. Dropped 425, I went past parallel then drop at half mark going up.
DL tomorrow

Aww I missed 475 sumo DL. To my knees.
Good news. No longer baby fingers. Boy level haha. I can hold 405 again thanks to dbunch
